The Newport Art Museum Board of Trustees and staff are very excited this Spring. April brings with it warming, flowers, renewal, and at the Museum, a brand new Executive Director.

Norah Diedrich was named as the successor to replace Elizabeth Goddard, who retired in February. She will take the helm at the museum starting April 1. Norah has an extensive and varied background in arts management, programming, education and is an accomplished photographer whose work is part of public and private collections.

MUSE students can look forward to meeting her and learning from her vast arts experiences, as she can to discussing the MUSE class with the students.
